Edit Displays a dialog box to modify the selected access policy or access policy group,
depending on whether you have Access Policies or Access Policy Groups selected

General settings
Name Displays the current name of the volume collection. Name can be up to 63 bytes and
is case-insensitive. You can use any printable Unicode character except for ! " # $ %
& ' ( ) * + , / ; < = > ?@ [ \ ] ^ _ ` { | } ~. First and last characters cannot be a
period, hyphen, or colon. Fewer characters are accepted for this eld if you type the
value as a Unicode character string, which takes up a variable number of bytes,
depending on the specic character.

Description (Optional) Description for the volume collection, up to 127 characters. Fewer
characters are accepted for this eld if you type the value as a Unicode character
string, which takes up a variable number of bytes, depending on the specic
character.

Enable Syncrep Lists the available volumes that can be placed into a collection that have SyncRep
(synchronous replication) enabled. Checking this box limits the volumes you can
choose to the ones that have SyncRep enabled.
Alt+S
Pick up to 8 volumes Lists available volumes that can be placed into a collection. Add or remove up to 8
volumes to create the collection.
