Field Description
Status
Status Status of the member:
Online — Array is a functioning member of the group. A member can experience a
failure but still be online.
Oine — Member is unavailable, failed, or power was removed.
Uncongured — You did not select a RAID policy for the member.
Initializing — Member is initializing according to the selected RAID policy.
Vacating In-Progress — Member is moving data to the remaining pool members before
it is removed from the group. Removal can be a long operation, based on the amount
of data that must be moved to the other pool members.
Vacated — Member has successfully moved its data to the other pool members before
it is removed from the group.
Model Model of the control module in the member (for example, 70–0400)
Product family Product family the member belongs to (for example, PS6100)
Chassis type Chassis type (for example, SBB 4u24 3.5)
Disks Number of disks in the member, and the type of disk encryption, if any (for example,
SAS HDD encrypted)
iSCSI connections Number of iSCSI connections to the member
Member encryption Encryption conguration:
Yes — Member is protected by encryption.
If a member is not encrypted, nothing is displayed.
Description Description of the member. This eld appears only if a description was provided by the
user.
General settings
Member name Name given to the member by the administrator
Storage pool Storage pool the member belongs to
RAID policy RAID conguration for the member (RAID 50, RAID 10, RAID 5, RAID 6, or RAID 6
accelerated)
Compression Compression status:
not available – Compression cannot be enabled on this member due to its hardware
capabilities.
not started – Compression has never been successfully enabled on this member.
running – Compression is currently running on this member.
suspended – Compression has previously been enabled and is now paused.
unknown – The current state of the member cannot be determined due to a member
either being oine or an internal error condition.
