Field Description
Account owner Administrative account that created the CHAP user account
NOTE: Right-click a specic account for additional actions or click Add, Modify, or Delete from within the panel.

Total local groups Number of local groups dened
Group name Name of the local group
Group ID Numerical identier for the local group
Add Adds a local group
Delete Removes the selected local group

User name User account name
Access Whether this account is enabled or disabled
Contact name (Optional) Contact information for the account
Primary group Local group to which the account belongs
NOTE: A NAS cluster has a built-in local administrator account (Administrator), which appears in the list of local users in
the Local Users panel and the Local Groups panel. This account is the same account as the SMB administrator. You must
specify a password for the built-in Administrator account before you can use the account.
Manage Delegated Space Dialog Box
You can manage the usage of delegated space in dierent pools on the group.

Delegated Space Delegated space by
storage pools
Modify the amount of delegated space for a selected pool or add more
delegated space by selecting the checkbox of a new pool.
You can delete delegated space by clearing the checkbox of an existing pool,
but only if the space is not used by replica sets. An error message will appear
to prevent the space from being deleted.
