Field Description
Time Starting time and ending time of the schedule on each of the dened days
Status Status of the schedule. Possible values are:
• Enabled — Schedule will start running on the specied day at the dened time.
• Disabled — Schedule has been dened, but will not run at the specied day.
Add
Denes a new data reduction schedule.
Modify Modies the selected data reduction schedule. You can:
• Change the days that the schedule runs
• Change the times that the schedule runs
• Change the access and modify times that qualify les for data reduction
• Enable or disable the selected schedule
Delete Removes the selected data reduction schedule.
Deleting the last data reduction schedule disables data reduction on the current volume.
The rst time data is read from a volume on which data reduction has been disabled, the
data is rehydrated, which could aect system performance.
NAS Local Containers Panel
You can select the type of container information to display:
• Overview Information
• Space Information
• Data Reduction Information

Field Description
Container Name of the NAS container
Total capacity Total capacity of the NAS container
Total used Amount of NAS container space used
Snapshot reserve Amount of space reserved for snapshots. If data reduction has been enabled on this
container, snapshot reserve is permanently removed from this NAS container, and this
value is not applicable.
Used by snapshots Amount of NAS container space used by snapshots
Snapshots Number of snapshots saved for this container
NFS exports Number of NFS exports on this NAS container
SMB shares Number of SMB shares on this NAS container
Replication partner Name of the replication partner for this container, if dened
Data reduction Status of data reduction on the container. Possible values are:
• Enabled — Data reduction is currently enabled on the container. Select the Enable
data reduction checkbox to activate the Modify policy button. Enabling data
reduction permanently removes the snapshot reserve functionality from the NAS
container.
