Administrator Guide

Table Of Contents
Field Description
Snapshot reserve Amount of space allocated for the snapshots of each volume
Number of snapshots Number of snapshots for the collection or volume
Status Indicates whether the volume is online or oine
Replication partner Replication partner for the collection and volume. This eld remains empty if replication is
not enabled for the volume collection.
SyncRep status Status if the volume is undergoing synchronous replication:
In sync — SyncActive and SyncAlternate pools contain the same volume data.
Paused — Administrator has paused synchronous replication. While synchronous
replication is paused, the volume is still online, and initiators can connect to and write to
the SyncActive volume. Changes to the SyncActive volume are not written to the
SyncAlternate volume when paused. An administrator can pause and later resume
synchronous replication.
Out of sync — SyncActive pool and SyncAlternate pool might not contain the same
volume data; the SyncActive pool contains the most recent volume data. If a volume
that is in a collection is paused, the other volumes in that collection display the status
out of sync” until the individual volume is unpaused.
