Configuring a Time to Live
The information received from a neighbor expires after a specific amount of time (measured in seconds) called a time to
live (TTL).
The TTL is the product of the LLDPDU transmit interval (hello) and an integer called a multiplier. The default multiplier is
4, which results in a default TTL of 120 seconds.
• Adjust the TTL value.
