address 1.1.0.0 255.255.0.0 not-advertise to filter out all the routes fall in range 1.1.0.0/16.

timers spf delay holdtime
To return to the default, use the no timers spf command.
Parameters
delay
Enter a number as the delay. The range is from 0 to 4294967295. The
default is 5 seconds.
holdtime
Enter a number as the hold time. The range is from 0 to 4294967295.
The default is 10 seconds.
Defaults
delay = 5 seconds
holdtime = 10 seconds
