forward-delay
The amount of time the interface waits in the Listening state and the Learning state before transitioning to the
Forwarding state.
Z-Series
Syntax
forward-delay seconds
To return to the default setting, use the no forward-delay command.
Parameters
seconds
Enter the number of seconds the FTOS waits before transitioning STP
to the Forwarding state. The range is from 4 to 30. The default is 15
seconds.
Defaults 15 seconds
