Usage
Information
All neighboring routers in the same network must use the same password to exchange OSPF
information.
ip ospf cost
Change the cost associated with the OSPF traffic on an interface.
Z9000
Syntax
ip ospf cost cost
To return to default value, use the no ip ospf cost command.
Parameters
cost
Enter a number as the cost. The range is from 1 to 65535.
Defaults The default cost is based on the reference bandwidth.

If this command is not configured, cost is based on the auto-cost command.
When you configure OSPF over multiple vendors, to ensure that all routers use the same cost,
use the ip ospf cost command. Otherwise, OSPF routes improperly.
