Link Aggregation Control Protocol (LACP)
This chapter contains commands for Dell Networks’s implementation of the link aggregation control
protocol (LACP) for creating dynamic link aggregation groups (LAGs) — known as port-channels in the
Dell Networking Operating System (OS).
NOTE: For static LAG commands, refer to the Interfaces chapter), based on the standards specified
in the IEEE 802.3 Carrier sense multiple access with collision detection (CSMA/CD) access method
and physical layer specifications.
clear lacp counters
Clear port channel counters.
Syntax
clear lacp port-channel-number counters
Parameters
port-channel-
number
Enter a port-channel number. The range is from 1 to 128.
Defaults Without a Port Channel specified, the command clears all Port Channel counters.

Syntax
debug lacp [config | events | pdu [interface [in | out]]]
To disable LACP debugging, use the no [config | events | pdu

interface [in | out]]] command.
Parameters
config (OPTIONAL) Enter the keyword config to debug the LACP
configuration.
