Storage cluster
The Dell Hybrid Cloud System for Microsoft uses Dell Storage with Microsoft Storage Spaces as the storage cluster. Microsoft Storage
Spaces enables you to virtualize storage by grouping industry-standard disks into storage pools, then creating virtual disks called Storage
Spaces from the available capacity in the storage pools. Storage Spaces in Windows Server 2012 R2 allow sophisticated virtualization of
the storage stack, creating storage pools with advanced features such as storage aggregation, elastic capacity expansion, and delegated
administration.
