Removing the wireless card

Prerequisites

1 Follow the procedure from step 1 to step 6 in “Removing the base cover”.

2 Remove the battery.

3 Follow the step 1 procedure in “Removing the I/O board”.

Procedure

1 Remove the screw that secures the wireless card to the palm rest and keyboard

assembly.

2 Lift the wireless-card bracket from the wireless card.

3 Disconnect the antenna cables from the wireless card.
