Prerequisites
1. Remove the base cover.
2. Remove the battery.
Procedure
1. Open the latches and disconnect the keyboard cable, keyboard daughter-board cable, touch-pad cable, and status-light board-cable
from the keyboard daughter-board.
2. Using a plastic scribe, pry the keyboard daughter-board off the palm-rest assembly.
