Place the palm-rest and keyboard assembly on a flat surface with the keyboard facing down.

Post-requisites

1. Replace the system board.

2. Replace the power-adapter port.

3. Replace the display assembly.

4. Replace the speakers.

5. Replace the status-light board.

6. Replace the power and volume-buttons board.

7. Replace the I/O board.

8. Replace the heat sink.

9. Replace the fan.

10. Replace the touchpad.

11. Replace the keyboard daughter-board.

12. Replace the wireless card.

13. Replace the hard drive.

14. Replace the coin-cell battery.
