Removing the base cover

Procedure
1. Close the display and turn the computer over.
2. Remove the ten screws (M2.5x7) that secure the base cover to the palm rest and keyboard assembly.

3. Using a plastic scribe, pry the base cover off the palm rest and keyboard assembly.
