Removing the fan

Prerequisites
1. Remove the base cover.
2. Remove the battery.
Procedure
1. Disconnect the fan cable from the system board.
2. Remove the two screws (M2x3) that secure the fan to the palm rest and keyboard assembly.
3. Lift the fan along with its cable off the palm rest and keyboard assembly.
