1 Vorbereitung Schalten Sie den Computer und alle daran angeschlossenen Geräte aus. VORSICHTSHINWEIS: Um Datenverlust zu vermeiden, speichern und schließen Sie alle geöffneten Dateien, und beenden Sie alle aktiven Programme, bevor Sie den Computer ausschalten. 1 2 Speichern und schließen Sie alle geöffneten Dateien und beenden Sie alle geöffneten Programme. Klicken Sie auf Start und dann auf Herunterfahren. Dadurch wird Microsoft Windows heruntergefahren und der Computer ausgeschaltet.
VORSICHT: Nur zugelassene Servicetechniker sind zum Entfernen der Computerabdeckung und zum Zugriff auf die Komponenten im Computerinneren befugt. 2 Nach Abschluss der Arbeiten im Innern des Computers Sind die Arbeiten im Inneren des Computers abgeschlossen, achten Sie bitte auf folgende Punkte: • Alle Schrauben wurden wieder eingesetzt, und im Inneren des Computers befinden sich keine losen Schrauben mehr. • Alle vor den Reparaturarbeiten entfernten externen Geräte, Kabel, Karten und andere Teile wurden wieder angeschlossen. • Ihr Computer sowie alle daran angeschlossenen Geräte sind wieder mit dem Stromnetz verbunden.

3 Drehen Sie die Tastatur vorsichtig um und platzieren Sie sie auf der Handballenstütze. 4 Ziehen Sie die Anschlussvorrichtung nach oben und trennen Sie das Tastaturkabel vom Anschluss auf der Systemplatine, indem Sie an der Zuglasche ziehen. 5 Heben Sie die Tastatur vom Computer ab.

Einbauen der Abdeckung für die Computerunterseite Verfahren 1 Schieben Sie die Halterungen an der Abdeckung der Computerunterseite in die Steckplätze auf dem Computersockel, und lassen Sie die Abdeckung für die Computerunterseite einrasten. 2 Ziehen Sie die selbstsichernden Schrauben fest, mit denen die Abdeckung für die Computerunterseite am Computersockel befestigt ist. Abschließende Arbeitsschritte 1 Setzen Sie den Akku wieder ein. Siehe „Ersetzen des Akkus“ auf Seite 13.

Entfernen von Speichermodulen Vorbereitende Arbeitsschritte 1 Entfernen Sie den Akku.
Wiedereinbauen von Speichermodulen Verfahren 1 Richten Sie die Kerbe am Speichermodul an der Halterung des Speichermodulanschlusses aus. 2 Schieben Sie das Speichermodul in einem Winkel von 45 Grad fest in den Anschluss und drücken Sie es nach unten, bis es mit einem Klicken einrastet. Wenn kein Klicken zu vernehmen ist, entfernen Sie das Speichermodul und installieren Sie es erneut.

Verfahren 1 Entfernen Sie die Schrauben, mit denen die Festplattenbaugruppe am Computersockel befestigt ist. 2 Ziehen Sie die Festplattenbaugruppe an der Zuglasche in Richtung der Computerrückseite, um sie vom Anschluss auf der Systemplatine zu trennen. 3 Heben Sie die Festplattenbaugruppe aus dem Computersockel heraus.
4 Entfernen Sie die Schrauben, mit denen die Halterung des Festplattenlaufwerks an der Festplatte befestigt ist. 5 Heben Sie die Festplatte von der Festplattenlaufwerkhalterung ab. 3 2 1 1 Schrauben (4) 3 Festplattenlaufwerkhalterung 2 Festplatte Einsetzen der Festplatte Verfahren 1 Nehmen Sie das neue Festplattenlaufwerk aus seiner Verpackung. Heben Sie die Originalverpackung für den Fall auf, dass die Festplatte gelagert oder eingeschickt werden muss.
Abschließende Arbeitsschritte 1 Bringen Sie die Abdeckung für die Computerunterseite wieder an. 3 Entfernen Sie vorsichtig die Blende für das optische Laufwerk, und entfernen Sie sie aus der Baugruppe für das optische Laufwerk. 4 Entfernen Sie die Schrauben, mit denen die Halterung des optischen Laufwerks am Laufwerkfach befestigt ist. 5 Nehmen Sie die Halterung des optischen Laufwerks heraus.
10 Handballenstütze WARNUNG: Bevor Sie Arbeiten im Inneren des Computers ausführen, lesen Sie zunächst die im Lieferumfang des Computers enthaltenen Sicherheitshinweise und befolgen Sie die Anweisungen unter „Vorbereitung“ auf Seite 7. 2 Drehen Sie den Computer um. 3 Heben Sie die Anschlusslaschen an, und ziehen Sie an den Zuglaschen, um das Kabel für die Betriebsschalterplatine, das Touchpad-Kabel und das Kabel der Schnelltastenplatine von den Anschlüssen auf der Systemplatine zu trennen.
4 Entfernen Sie die Schrauben, mit denen die Handballenstütze am Computersockel befestigt ist. 5 Heben Sie mit Ihren Fingerspitzen die Handballenstütze aus dem Computersockel. VORSICHTSHINWEIS: Trennen Sie die Handballenstützen vorsichtig von der Bildschirmbaugruppe, um Beschädigungen an der Bildschirmbaugruppe zu verhindern.
6 Legen Sie die Handballenstützen-Baugruppe vom Bildschirm weg, ohne zu fest daran ziehen. (Siehe folgende Abbildung). 7 Ziehen Sie die Anschlusslasche nach oben, und trennen Sie das Kabel für die Statusanzeige vom Anschluss auf der Systemplatine, indem Sie an der Zuglasche ziehen. 8 Nehmen Sie die Handballenstütze vom Computersockel ab.
Erneutes Anbringen der Handballenstütze Verfahren 1 Schieben Sie das Kabel für die Statusanzeigen in den Anschluss an der Systemplatine, und fixieren Sie das Kabel anschließend, indem Sie die Anschlusslasche herunterdrücken. 2 Richten Sie die Handballenstütze auf den Computersockel aus und lassen Sie sie vorsichtig einrasten.

3 Trennen Sie das Netzadapteranschlusskabel vom Anschluss auf der Systemplatine. 4 Heben Sie den Netzadapteranschluss aus dem Computersockel. 2 3 1 Netzadapteranschlusskabel 2 Systemplatinenanschluss 3 Netzadapteranschluss Wiedereinbauen des Netzadapteranschlusses Verfahren 1 Setzen Sie den Netzadapteranschluss in den Anschluss auf dem Computersockel. 2 Verbinden Sie das Netzadapteranschlusskabel mit dem Anschluss auf der Systemplatine.
12 Bildschirm-Baugruppe WARNUNG: Bevor Sie Arbeiten im Inneren des Computers ausführen, lesen Sie zunächst die im Lieferumfang des Computers enthaltenen Sicherheitshinweise und befolgen Sie die Anweisungen unter „Vorbereitung“ auf Seite 7. Verfahren 1 Trennen Sie das Antennenkabel von den Anschlüssen auf der Mini-Card. 2 Ziehen Sie das Klebeband ab, mit dem das Bildschirmkabel mit der Systemplatine verbunden ist, und ziehen Sie anschließend das Bildschirmkabel vom Anschluss auf der Systemplatine ab. 3 Merken Sie sich den Verlauf des Bildschirmkabels, und entfernen Sie das Kabel aus der Kabelführung. 4 Entfernen Sie die Schrauben, mit denen die Bildschirmbaugruppe am Computersockel befestigt ist.
Einbauen der Bildschirmbaugruppe Verfahren 1 Platzieren Sie die Bildschirmbaugruppe an ihrer Position, und setzen Sie die Schrauben wieder ein, mit denen die Bildschirmbaugruppe am Computersockel befestigt wird. 2 Verlegen Sie das Bildschirmkabel durch die Kabelführungen, und schließen Sie das Bildschirmkabel an den Anschluss auf der Systemplatine an. 3 Kleben Sie das Klebeband, mit dem das Bildschirmkabel an der Systemplatine befestigt wird, wieder fest.
Verfahren VORSICHTSHINWEIS: Die Bildschirmblende ist äußerst empfindlich. Seien Sie beim Entfernen der Blende vorsichtig, um Beschädigungen zu vermeiden. 1 Hebeln Sie mit Ihren Fingerspitzen vorsichtig die innere Kante der Bildschirmblende auf. 2 Entfernen Sie die Bildschirmblende. 1 1 Bildschirmblende Einbauen der Bildschirmblende Verfahren Richten Sie die Bildschirmblende über der Bildschirmabdeckung aus, und lassen Sie sie einrasten.
5 Setzen Sie den Akku wieder ein. Siehe „Ersetzen des Akkus“ auf Seite 13. 6 Folgen Sie den Anweisungen unter „Nach Abschluss der Arbeiten im Innern des Computers“ auf Seite 9. Entfernen der Scharnierabdeckungen Vorbereitende Arbeitsschritte 1 Entfernen Sie den Akku. Siehe „Entfernen des Akkus“ auf Seite 13. 2 Entfernen Sie die Tastatur. Anbringen der Scharnierabdeckungen Verfahren 1 Schieben Sie die Antennenkabel durch den Schlitz auf der Scharnierabdeckung. 2 Richten Sie die Schraubenbohrungen der Scharnierabdeckungen an den Schraubenbohrungen der Bildschirmabdeckung aus. 3 Setzen Sie die Schrauben, mit denen die Scharnierabdeckungen an der Bildschirmbaugruppe befestigt sind, wieder ein. Abschließende Arbeitsschritte 1 Bringen Sie die Bildschirmblende wieder an. Siehe „Einbauen der Bildschirmblende“ auf Seite 38.
Verfahren 1 Entfernen Sie die Schrauben, mit denen der Bildschirm an der Bildschirmabdeckung befestigt ist. 2 Heben Sie den Bildschirm vorsichtig heraus, und drehen Sie ihn um.
3 Lösen Sie das Klebeband, mit dem das Bildschirmkabel am Anschluss der Bildschirmplatine befestigt ist, und trennen Sie das Bildschirmkabel. 4 Lösen Sie das Bildschirmkabel von der Bildschirmrückseite.
5 Drehen Sie den Bildschirm um und setzen Sie ihn auf eine saubere Oberfläche. 6 Entfernen Sie die Schrauben, mit denen die Bildschirmhalterungen am Bildschirm befestigt sind. 7 Entfernen Sie die Bildschirmhalterungen vom Bildschirm.
Abschließende Arbeitsschritte 1 Setzen Sie die Scharnierabdeckungen wieder ein. Siehe „Anbringen der Scharnierabdeckungen“ auf Seite 40. 2 Bringen Sie die Bildschirmblende wieder an. Verfahren 1 Entfernen Sie die Schrauben, mit denen das Bildschirmbedienfeld an der Bildschirmabdeckung befestigt ist. 2 Heben Sie vorsichtig das Bildschirmbedienfeld heraus und drehen Sie es um.
3 Trennen Sie das Kamerakabel vom Anschluss auf dem Kameramodul. 1 2 1 Kameramodul 2 Kamerakabel 4 Entfernen Sie die Schraube, mit der das Kameramodul an der Bildschirmabdeckung befestigt ist. 5 Heben Sie das Kameramodul von der Bildschirmabdeckung ab.
Einbauen des Kameramoduls Verfahren 1 Verwenden Sie die Ausrichtungsführungen an der äußeren Bildschirmabdeckung, um das Kameramodul korrekt zu positionieren. Stellen Sie sicher, dass das Kameramodul unter der Halterung an der Bildschirmabdeckung befestigt ist. 2 Schließen Sie das Kamerakabel an den Anschluss auf dem Kameramodul an. 3 Setzen Sie die Schraube, mit der das Kameramodul an der Bildschirmabdeckung befestigt ist, wieder ein.

Entfernen der Systemplatine Vorbereitende Arbeitsschritte 1 Entfernen Sie den Akku.
Verfahren ANMERKUNG: Die Service-Tag-Nummer Ihres Computers befindet sich auf der Systemplatine. Nach Einbau der Systemplatinen-Baugruppe müssen Sie die Service-Tag-Nummer im BIOS eingeben. ANMERKUNG: Bevor Sie die Kabel von der Systemplatine trennen, notieren Sie sich die Position der Anschlüsse, sodass Sie sie nach Einbau der SystemplatinenBaugruppe wieder korrekt anschließen können. 1 Entfernen Sie die Schrauben, die die Netzadapteranschlusshalterung mit dem Computersockel verbinden.
3 Trennen Sie das Netzadapteranschlusskabel, das Lüfterkabel und das Lautsprecherkabel von den Anschlüssen auf der Systemplatine. 4 Ziehen Sie das Klebeband ab, mit dem das Bildschirmkabel mit der Systemplatine verbunden ist, und ziehen Sie anschließend das Bildschirmkabel vom Anschluss auf der Systemplatine ab. 5 Heben Sie den Verbindungsriegel an, und trennen Sie das Kabel für das MediaKartenlaufwerk vom Anschluss auf der Systemplatine, indem Sie an der Zuglasche ziehen.
6 Entfernen Sie die Schrauben, mit denen die Systemplatine am Computersockel befestigt ist. 7 Heben Sie die Systemplatine an, um den Anschluss auf der Systemplatine von dem Anschluss auf der Tochterplatine zu trennen. 8 Heben Sie die Systemplatine und lösen Sie die Anschlüsse vom Computersockel. 2 1 1 Systemplatinenbaugruppe 2 Schrauben (6) 9 Entfernen Sie die Kühlbaugruppe. Siehe „Entfernen der Kühlbaugruppe“ auf Seite 55. 10 Entfernen Sie den Prozessor.
5 Setzen Sie die Schrauben wieder ein, mit denen die Systemplatine am Computersockel befestigt ist. 6 Schieben Sie das Media-Kartenlaufwerk in den Anschluss an der Systemplatine, und fixieren Sie das Kabel anschließend, indem Sie die Anschlussvorrichtung herunterdrücken. 7 Verbinden Sie das Bildschirmkabel mit dem Anschluss auf der Systemplatine, und bringen Sie das Klebeband an, mit dem Kabel an der Systemplatine befestigt wird.

Verfahren 1 Verwenden Sie zum Lösen des ZIF-Sockels einen kleinen Flachschlitzschraubenzieher und drehen Sie die Nockenschraube des ZIF-Sockels entgegen dem Uhrzeigersinn bis zum Anschlag. VORSICHTSHINWEIS: Damit der Prozessor bestmöglich gekühlt wird, vermeiden Sie jede Berührung der Wärmeleitbereiche auf der Baugruppe zur Prozessorkühlung. Durch Hautfette kann die Wärmeleitfähigkeit der Wärmeleitpads verringert werden. VORSICHTSHINWEIS: Ziehen Sie das Prozessormodul beim Entfernen gerade nach oben.
Austauschen des Prozessors Verfahren ANMERKUNG: Wenn Sie einen neuen Prozessor installieren, ist im Lieferumfang eine Kühlbaugruppe mit einem Wärmeleitpad oder ein neues Wärmeleitpad mit den entsprechenden Anweisungen enthalten. 1 Richten Sie die Pin-1-Ecke des Prozessormoduls an der Pin-1-Ecke des ZIF-Sockels aus und setzen Sie das Prozessormodul in den ZIF-Sockel ein.
