DESCRIPTION:
• DIS cannot collect troubleshooting information from managed
PowerVault MD Series storage arrays unless Dell PowerVault Modular Disk
Storage Manager (MDSM) is installed on the OME server. In addition, a
message similar to the following will appear in the
log-file.txt log file:
WORKAROUND:
• Install Dell PowerVault Modular Disk Storage Manager (MDSM) on the
OME server to enable DIS to collect troubleshooting information from
PowerVault MD Series storage arrays.
