address is assigned to VLAN30, the virtual DISOD private management network. User can
choose to configure the physical management port manually at a later time, if need be.
Any direct management of these switches can be done by connecting to the IP addresses
provided in Table 5.
3.1.2 Management server network configuration
As seen in Figure 5, the management server (R320) ships with a dual-port 1 GbE LOM and
a dual-port 1 GbE PCIe network adapter. The ports are teamed or bonded at the OS level
to provide two networksone used for public network access and the other used for
DISOD private management network access.

Figure 6 shows an overview of the network configuration in the management serverboth
at the physical OS and at the two VMs’ level.

Table 6 shows the NIC teaming configured at the physical OS level. Teaming is configured
using the Windows Server 2012 native teaming software.
