Steps
1. Loosen the nine captive screws that secure the base cover to the palm-rest and keyboard assembly.
2. Using the flat-end of plastic scribe, pry the base cover from the U-shaped indents at the top edge of the base cover and
continue to work on the sides to release the base cover from the palm-rest and keyboard assembly.
3. Lift the base cover off the palm-rest and keyboard assembly.
4. Disconnect the battery cable from the system board.
5. Press and hold the power button for 20 seconds to ground the computer and drain the flea power.
