Field Description
Select Upload full collection option to upload the
collection to Dell Technical Support site. Click Browse to
select the report to be uploaded.
Select Authenticated Proxy option to upload the collection
using proxy. Specify the following proxy details:
IP/ hostname
Port number
Username
Password
NOTE: IP/Hostname is mandatory, if the port used is
other than default.
Your Company Information
In this page, provide your company information, Dell Technical Support information, and click Continue.
NOTE: Fields with an asterisk are mandatory.
Select the Enable Sensitive Data Filtering option to exclude Customer Identification Information (CII) from the report.
NOTE: If this option is selected, only Company Name is mandatory.
Click the Learn More link to display the list of sensitive data that is filtered.
Company Information
Field Description
Company Name Enter your company information.
Installation Address Enter SAN location address.
City Enter the name of the city where the company is located.
Postal Code Enter the postal code of the city where the company is
located.
Region From the drop-down menu, select one of the following
regions:
North America
EMEA
APJ
Latin America
Country From the drop-down menu, select the country where the
company is located.
Sub Region/State Enter the sub-region or state where the company is
located.
