Removing the memory module
Prerequisites
1. Follow the procedure in before working inside your computer.
2. Remove the microSD card.
3. Remove the base cover.
4. Disconnect the battery cable from the connector on the system board.
Steps
1. Pry the retention clips securing the memory module until the memory module pops-up [1].
2. Remove the memory module from the memory module slot [2].
