Camera/microphone module
Removing the camera/microphone module
Prerequisites
1. Follow the procedure in Before working inside your computer.
2. Enter service mode.
3. Remove the SIM card
4. Remove the microSD card.
5. Remove the base cover.
6. Remove the display assembly.
7. Remove the display bezel.
8. Remove the display hinges.
9. Remove the display panel.

Steps
1. Peel the two conductive tapes that secure the camera/microphone module in place.
2. Disconnect the camera/microphone cable from the connector on the camera/microphone module.
3. Carefully lift the camera/microphone module from the display back cover.
