Removing the coin cell

1. Follow the procedure in before working inside your computer.

2. Remove the base cover.

3. Remove the battery.

1. Disconnect the LED daughterboard cable from the connector on the system board [1].

2. Peel back the LED daughterboard cable from over the coin cell [2].
