Installing the keyboard

NOTE:

The keyboard has multiple snap points on the lattice side which must be pushed down firmly at the snap

points in order to secure and fit it to the replacement keyboard.

Align the keyboard to the keyboard support plate [1] and replace the two (M2x2) screws [2].

2. Place the keyboard assembly in the palmrest [1] and secure it with the 17 (M1.6x2) screws [2].

NOTE:

This image shows disassembly of a carbon fiber variant, an Aluminum variant of this model has 21 M1.6x2

3. Connect the keyboard cable [3] and the backlight cable [4] to the touchpad module.
