Minimum System Requirements
Limitations
Dell License Manager supports up to 600 licensable servers and an inventory
of up to a class B IP address range (65,536 addresses).

This functionality is included in Windows 7 and
Windows Server 2008 R2.
The WinRM prerequisite is available through
Microsoft Windows Update.
