Incorrect FailoverThreshold Value Displayed for Groups on the
Windows Command Line and the Windows GUI
Dell Ref: 174983
In a 2-node Windows 2008 Server SP2 operating system Failover Cluster,
the default FailoverThreshold value is shown as 0XFFFFFFFF in the Windows
command line.
In the Failover Cluster Management GUI, the FailoverThreshold value is
displayed as 2.
NOTE: Use the command cluster group /prop to get the
FailoverThreshold value.
The default value is (N-1), where N is the number of nodes in the cluster.
So the value for this property should be displayed as 1 in this case.
This is a known issue with the Windows Server 2008 SP2 operating system.
