rip (OPTIONAL) Enter the keyword rip to specify that RIP
routes are distributed.
NOTE: BGP and ISIS routes are not available on the C-
Series. BGP, ISIS, and RIP routes are not available on the
S-Series.
static (OPTIONAL) Enter the keyword static to specify that only
manually configured routes are distributed.
Defaults Not configured.

Usage Information The distribute-list out command applies to routes autonomous system
boundary routers (ASBRs) redistributes into OSPF. It can be applied to external type
2 and external type 1 routes, but not to intra-area and inter-area routes.
fast-convergence
This command sets the minimum LSA origination and arrival times to zero (0), allowing more rapid route
computation so that convergence takes less time.
