Update to latest DiagOS

Verify you are running the latest DiagOS as noted in the VEP4600 overview with the following steps:

1. Log in to the Diag OS using root as the username and calvin as the password.

2. Enter the sh_ver command:

root@dellemc-diag-os:~#sh_ver

Diag OS version VEP4600_DIAG_OS_x.xx.x.xx-x

Build date/time Tue Apr 24 00:15:20 PDT 2018

Build server netLogin-eqx-03

Build by cxxxx

Kernel Info:
