Select the LAN interface to be congured.
Sender Email ID
Enter the valid Sender Email ID on the SMTP Server. Maximum allowed size for Email ID is 64 bytes which includes username and
domain name.
Primary SMTP Support
Check this option to enable SMTP support for the BMC.
Primary Server Name
Enter the 'Machine Name' of the SMTP Server.This eld is for Information Purpose Only.
• Machine Name is a string of maximum 25 alpha-numeric characters.
• Space, special characters are not allowed.
Primary Server IP
Enter the Server Address for the SMTP Server. It is a mandatory eld.
• IP Address made of 4 numbers separated by dots as in xxx.xxx. xxx.xxx.
• Each Number ranges from 0 to 255.
• First Number must not be 0.
Server address will support the following:
• IPv4/IPV6 Address format.
• ost name format.
Primary SMTP port
Specify the SMTP Port. It is a mandatory eld.
• Default port is 25.
• Port value ranges from 1 to 65535.
Primary Secure SMTP port
Specify the SMTP Secure port.
• Default Port is 465.
• Port value ranges from 1 to 65535.
Primary SMTP Authentication
Check the option Enable to enable SMTP Authentication.
NOTE
: SMTP Server Authentication types supported are:
• CRAM-MD5
• LOGIN
• PLAIN
Primary Username
Enter the username to access SMTP Accounts.
• User Name can be of length 4 to 64 alpha-numeric characters, dot(.), hyphen(-), and underscore(_).
• It must start with an alphabet.
• Other special characters are not allowed.
