Methods
Supported:
GET, POST, PUT, PATCH, and DELETE
NOTE: The POST and DELETE operations are not supported on Physical
Interfaces.
Use the following formats for various interface types:
1. Physical Interface:<iftype>-<slot>-<port>
• The <iftypes> can be TenGigabitEthernet or FortyGigabitEthernet.
• Example: tengig-0–0, fortygig-0–48
2. Logical Interface: <iftype>-<number>
• The <iftype> can be vlan, port-channel, loopback, or management.
– VLAN: vlan-<number>
Example: vlan-10, vlan-1024
– Port–channel: portchan-<number>
Example: portchan–10
– Loopback: loopback-<number>
Example: loopback-40
– Management: mgmt-<slot>-<port>
Example: mgmt-5–0
