MXL Switch
Install the Smart Scripting package. This command downloads the package from the
specified location and installs it in the internal flash memory on a switch.

Information
Because installing an Open Automation package may take time, the installation is
performed in the background when the download finishes. A message displays on the
console when the installation is complete.
To follow the progress of a package installation, use the show packages command.

MXL Switch
Remove an installed Open Automation package, such as Smart Scripting, from the
system.
Syntax
package uninstall package-name
Parameters
location Enter the location from where you will download and install an Open Automation
package, where location is one of the following values:
• From the local flash: flash://filename
• From an FTP server: ftp://userid:password@host-ipaddress/filepath
• From a TFTP server: tftp://host-ipaddress/filepath
• From a NFS mount server: nfsmount://filepath
