: Auto, Off

Description

Turns the SATA port 3 to auto or off. This option can be replicated.

Example:

A:>syscfg --sata3=auto

sata3=auto

NOTE: This option maps to --sata_d for PowerEdge 9G systems.

Applicable Systems All PowerEdge systems.

--SataPortDCapacity*

Valid Arguments

• On systems prior to 12G

: NA

• On 12G and later systems

: read-only

Description

Displays the total capacity of a hard-disk drive. This option is

undefined for removable-media devices such as optical drives.

Example:

A:>syscfg --SataPortDCapacity

Applicable Systems Dell PowerEdge 12G and later systems.

--SataPortDDriveType*

Valid Arguments

• On systems prior to 12G

• On 12G and later systems

: read-only

Description

This option indicates type of device attached to this SATA port.

Example:

A:>syscfg --SataPortDDriveType

--SataPortDModel*

Description

Displays the drive model of the selected device.

Example:

A:>syscfg --SataPortDModel
