16 Event Message Reference
Temperature Sensor Messages
Temperature sensors listed in Table 2-2 help protect critical components by alerting the systems 
management console when temperatures become too high inside a chassis. The temperature sensor 
messages use additional variables: sensor location, chassis location, previous state, and temperature 
sensor value or state.
1005 SMBIOS data is absent Warning The system management BIOS does 
not contain the required systems 
management BIOS version 2.2 or 
higher, or the BIOS is corrupted.
1006 Automatic System Recovery 
(ASR) action was performed
