Cause: A sector of the disk is corrupted and 
data cannot be maintained on this portion of 
the disk.
Action: If the disk is part of a non-redundant 
virtual disk, then replace the disk. Any data 
residing on the corrupt portion of the disk 
may be lost and you may need to restore from 
backup. If the disk is part of a redundant 
virtual disk, then any data residing on the 
corrupt portion of the disk will be reallocated 
elsewhere in the virtual disk.
