Cause: A physical disk included in the virtual
disk failed or there is an error in the parity
information. A failed physical disk can cause
errors in parity information.
Action: Replace the failed physical disk. You
can identify which disk has failed by locating
the disk that has a red “X” for its status.
Rebuild the physical disk. When finished,
restart the check consistency operation.

have cancelled the reconfiguration.
Action: Replace the failed or corrupt disk.

If the physical disk is part of a redundant
array, then rebuild the physical disk. When
finished, restart the reconfiguration.
