Cause: The controller
cannot communicate with
a device. The state of the
device cannot be
determined. There may be
a bad or loose cable. The
system may also be
experiencing problems with
the application
programming interface
(API). There could also be
a problem with the driver
or firmware.
Action: Check the cables.
Check if the controller has
a supported version of the
driver and firmware. You
can download the most
current version of the
driver and firmware from
support.dell.com.
Rebooting the system may
also resolve this problem.
