Detailed Description This error occurs when the Lifecycle Controller restore operation is interrupted before it
completes. This can occur due to a power outage or when the iDRAC is reset while the
restore operation is in progress.

Detailed Description The License Manager sets a maximum time period that its database may be locked. If
that timeout exceeds, it releases the lock conditions and reports the error. The user
must assume that the Lifecycle Controller backup or restore operation failed and
should repeat the operation.
