Detailed Description A physical disk included in the virtual disk failed or there is an error in the parity
information. A failed physical disk causes errors in parity information.
Recommended Response
Action
Check that all the physical disks of the virtual disk are in a healthy condition. Replace
any disks that are not healthy and restart the operation. If this is not the problem, delete
the virtual disk and restore the data to the disk from a backup copy.
