5. Follow the procedure in After working inside your computer.

Intel Optane

Removing the Intel Optane card

1. Follow the procedure in Before working inside your computer.

2. Remove the following components:

a) Stand

b) Back cover

c) System board shield

3. Remove the screw (M2x2.5) that secures the Intel Optane card to the system board [1].

4. Slide and remove the Intel Optane card from the card slot on the system board [2].

5. Remove the thermal pad [3].
