Coin-Cell Battery

Removing the Coin-Cell Battery

1. Follow the procedures in

Before Working Inside Your Computer

2. Remove the

cover

3. Remove the

front bezel

4. Remove the

drive cage

5. Remove the

heat sink

6. Press the release latch away from the battery to allow the battery to pop up

from the socket.

7. Lift the coin-cell battery out of the computer and properly dispose of the

battery.
