To enable Rapid Spanning Tree Protocol, use the no disable command.
Defaults RSTP is disabled.

Configure the amount of time the interface waits in the Listening State and the Learning State before transitioning to the
Forwarding State.
Syntax
forward-delay seconds
To return to the default setting, use the no forward-delay command.
Parameters
seconds
Enter the number of seconds that Dell EMC Networking OS waits before
transitioning RSTP to the forwarding state. The range is from 4 to 30. The default
is 15 seconds.
Defaults 15 seconds
