Information
Querier normally sends some group-specific queries when a leave message is received for a group
prior to deleting a group from the membership database. There may be situations when you require
immediate deletion of a group from the membership database. This command provides a way to
achieve the immediate deletion. In addition, this command provides a way to enable immediate-leave
processing for specified groups.
ip igmp last-member-query-interval
Change the last member query interval, which is the Max Response Time inserted into Group-Specific Queries sent in response
to Leave Group messages. This interval is also the interval between Group-Specific Query messages.

Syntax
ip igmp last-member-query-interval milliseconds
To return to the default value, use the no ip igmp last-member-query-interval command.
Parameters
milliseconds
Enter the number of milliseconds as the interval. For IGMP version 2, the range
is from 100 to 25599. For IGMP version 3, the range is from 100 to 65535. The
default value is 1000 milliseconds.
