State Displays the state of the interface and can be one of the following:
bi-directional (interface is up, connected and hearing neighbors echoes).
err-disabled (only found when FEFD mode is aggressive and when the interface
has not hearing its neighbors echoes for three times the message interval. To
reset an interface in this state, use the fefd reset command.)
unknown (only found when FEFD mode is normal.
locally disabled (interface contains the fefd reset command in its
configuration).
Admin Shutdown (interface is disabled with the shutdown command).
