Policy-based Routing (PBR)
Policy-based routing (PBR) allows you to apply routing policies to specific interfaces. To enable PBR, create a redirect list and
apply it to the interface. After the redirect list is applied to the interface, all traffic passing through the interface is subject to
the rules defined in the redirect list. PBR is supported by the Dell EMC Networking OS.
You can apply PBR to physical interfaces and logical interfaces (such as a link aggregation group [LAG] or virtual local area
network [VLAN]). Trace lists and redirect lists do not function correctly when you configure both in the same configuration.
NOTE: Apply PBR to Layer 3 interfaces only.
NOTE: For more information , see Content Addressable Memory (CAM).
