Usage
Information
By default, each activity follows a set of default actions using a default schedule. Using this command,
you can customize the set of actions and disable a certain activity.
contact-company
Configure the contact information for the company.
Syntax
contact-company name {company-name}[company-next-name] ... [company-next-
name]
To remove the contact company information, use the no contact-company command.
Parameters
company-name
Enter the name for the company. If there are multiple words in the name, use
optional additional fields.
company-next-
name
(OPTIONAL) Enter the next components of the company name, up to 5
components are allowed.

Information
You can configure only one contact-company.
It is not possible to remove the components of the company name. The no form of the command removes
the entire contact-company entry.
This command is optional for SupportAssist service configuration.
contact-person
Configure the contact name for an individual.
Syntax
contact-person [first <first-name>] last <last-name>
To remove the contact person and all their details, use the no contact-person [first <first-
name>] last <last-name> command.
