bgp add-path allows the advertisement of multiple paths for the same address prefix without the new
paths implicitly replacing any previous ones.
neighbor advertisement-interval
Set the advertisement interval between BGP neighbors or within a BGP peer group.
C9000 Series
Syntax
neighbor {ip-address | peer-group-name} advertisement-interval seconds
To return to the default value, use the no neighbor {ip-address | peer-group-name}
advertisement-interval command.
Parameters
ip-address
(OPTIONAL) Enter the IP address of the neighbor in dotted decimal format.
peer-group-name
Enter the name of the peer group to set the advertisement interval for all routers in
the peer group.
seconds
Enter a number as the time interval, in seconds, between BGP advertisements. The
range is from 0 to 600 seconds. The default is 5 seconds for internal BGP peers
and 30 seconds for external BGP peers.
