VXLAN Service nodes for BFD
When multiple service nodes are available for a given Logical Network, Network Virtualization Overlay (NVO) gateway picks one
of the service nodes for forwarding Broadcast unknown Unicast and Multicast Traffic (BUM). When one of the service nodes
goes down or bfd is down in that service node, the gateway switches to the alternate service node for Broadcast unknown
Unicast and Multicast Traffic (BUM).

Static Virtual Extensible LAN (VXLAN)
When you create a Virtual Extensible LAN (VXLAN) , you need Network Virtualization Platform (NVP) Controller to configure
and control the VXLAN. When you create a VXLAN instance in static mode, you can configure the VXLAN using CLIs instead of
using the Controller.
Once you create a VXLAN instance in the static mode, you can create a VNI profile, associate a VNID to the VNI profile,
associate a remote VTEP to the VNID, and associate the VNID to a VLAN using the CLIs.
