— Check to specify
that the encryption key is used to
authenticate the (Unicast) SNTP server. If this is not checked, the
key is not used for authentication (and another key(s) is used).
Defining SNTP Authentication Settings Using CLI Commands
The following table summarizes the CLI commands for setting fields
displayed in the SNTP Authentication pages.
The following is an example of the CLI commands:

traffic from servers.
Use the no form of this command to disable
the feature.

Authenticates the identity of a system to
which SNTP will synchronize.
Use the no form of this command to disable
system identity authentication.
sntp authentication-key
key-number md5 value
no sntp authentication-
key key-number
Defines an authentication key for SNTP.
Use the no form of this command to remove
the authentication key for SNTP.
