Example
The following example clears messages from the logging file.
aaa logging
The
aaa logging
global configuration command enables logging AAA login events. To disable
logging AAA login events, use the
no
form of this command.
Syntax
aaa logging login
no aaa logging login
login
—Indicates logging messages related to successful login events, unsuccessful login
events and other login-related events
.
Default Configuration
Logging AAA login events is enabled.

Other types of AAA events are not subject to this command.
Example
The following example enables logging messages related to AAA login events.
file-system logging
The
file-system logging
global configuration command enables logging file system events. To
disable logging file system events, use the
no
form of this command.
Syntax
file-system logging copy
no file-system logging copy
copy
—Indicates logging messages related to file copy operations.
Console# clear logging file
Clear Logging File [y/n]y
Console(config)# aaa logging login
